Freytag's triangle really shouldn't be a right triangle, i.e. there shouldn't be an immediate, vertical, elevator-like rise up to the climax, followed by a more gradual falling action. Nevertheless, Zoë's storytelling skills are improving. And I believe this is her first, admittedly not wholly felicitious, foray into the thicket that is English irregular verbiage.
