I like the way the artist, perhaps repenting of her violence, emended her work so as to share not only the
same spot but the same possessive apostrophe 's' with her little
sister.

"Til its fabric is a thread" scans better than "until"...

I disagree -- if you read "Til its fabric is a thread/ Stretched where you could be instead", you need to pause for a beat after "thread" -- with "Until" there is no such need.

thanks, modesto. I'm amazed at how well she's picked up various conventions. Spiral eyes for a conk and so forth.
