You've got an awful ton of comment spam you might or might not want to get rid of.

Closing comments after a certain amount of time could help you there.

Meanwhile, there are those of us who care and check back, and also link to old posts, hither and yon.

And I wouldn't have known about the above book without checking here. Thanks!

Wrye

So Glenn Beck has another one out?

John Holbo

Hey Gary, thanks! Yes, I've been rather remiss with the weeding, it's true ...

woof

A rather difficult font to follow, but a book that makes me wonder... "wherever do you find the time?"

John Holbo

Hey Woof. One excellent place to find time is in all that time I don't spend keeping up the old blog, alas. Besides that, in this case I've actually been working on it for about three years, a very little bit at a time. All the Photoshopping. How's by you. Happy New Year and all that!

Gary Farber

"Yeah, I should probably update the blog more often ... true, true."

It's twue!

And I hates teh spam. We haaaates it, we does, my precious!

Lawn Mowing Taupo

Yeah, thanks for the book too man.

Builders Taupo

Wow, glad to see you nipped that spam problem in the bud. Was getting very outa control.

  • Confused by our comment policy?

We're testing a strong CC license as a form of troll repellant. Does that sound strange? Read this thread. (I know, it's long. Keep scrolling. Further. Further. Ah, there.) So basically, we figure trolls will recognize that selling coffee cups and t-shirts is the best revenge, and will keep away. If we're wrong about that, at least someone can still sell the cups and shirts. (Sigh.)
