TOTOWA: AGENCY TO INVESTIGATE CHEMIST'S DEATH The Environmental Protection Agency is reviewing water plant records to see if they hold any clues to the killing of a chemist at the Passaic Valley Water Commission treatment plant in Totowa, an investigator said yesterday. The body of the chemist, Geetha Angara, who monitored drinking water quality, was found in one of the huge tanks at the plant in February.
